Shipping Terms
Payment in full is required prior to shipping any item. Shipping time frames for small package items are 2-5 days (domestic) and 1-3 weeks (international). Shipping time frames for larger items via domestic LTL or international air freight are 10-15 business days. In accordance with our Safe Arrival Guarantee, we shrink wrap our CERECs before shipping them in export-certified wood crates filled top-to-bottom with anti-static packing peanuts. We research several shipping quotes from reputable freight companies to offer a shipping solution that balances cost, time in transit, careful handling, and insurance. If you would like a shipping quote, please message us your shipping address and we will promptly provide one for you. If the wood crate appears significantly damaged (punctured, crushed, opened, etc.), do NOT sign for it until inspecting the equipment for damage. Take pictures of any damage found and forward them to us so we can file an insurance claim. Once the equipment has been signed for, we will not be able to honor any claims for accidental damage.
Warranty Terms
TOOLS4SMILES invests considerable time in searching for quality pre-owned Cerec equipment. We spend a large amount of our own money investing in all of the equipment we sell. We do not do consignments or 3rd party sales. Everything you see for sale, we own with no liens or contingencies. We do not sell equipment from other locations, dental offices, or elsewhere. All equipment is visually inspected, function tested by a Certified Service Technician with 23-years of service experience. This ensures that our listings are accurate and that you will receive a fully functional system (unless otherwise described). Not only do we stand behind our products at the point of sale, but we also offer a complimentary 30-day parts warranty starting the day you receive your CEREC. If you experience a problem with your CEREC within the warranty period, simply send us a message for a prompt and fair resolution. This warranty does not cover any accidental damage that occurs after delivery. If the CEREC is still covered under a factory warranty, our warranty will serve as secondary coverage.
