Shipping :
We use DHL express expedited shipping for almost all mainstream countries with some exceptions.
EMS speed post service ( 6-12 days) shall be used for areas like Africa, South america, all remote islands & small island nations, Russia, USSR countries, mexico, mongolia few countries of europe like serbia, moldova etc. As the DHL shipping charges are unbearably high for these locations. Also remote area locations within mainstream countries & continents like USA, UK, Australia, Europe, China, Japan, UAE & other mainstream countries , we shall be using speed post EMS not DHL as again shipping charges will be very high.
All shipments sent via DHL (Not Ems speed post) will be invoiced by FIGO TRADERS (parent company for themonstersale) to the buyer. Figo Traders while preparing invoice, may not mention any brand name (of the product sold to buyer) or exact value of the shipments (paid by the buyer for the purchase). This is simply because brand names and exact value of shipments may create more problem to the buyer (Than the seller) for custom clearances in his country. If a buyer has request to put particular value for the shipment to avoid custom charges in his country can let us know in advance. We shall mention the same value in the invoice. Also DHL express may take 4-6 working days ideally to deliver the shipment once its shipped from here. The seller , themonstersale (A unit of FIGO TRADERS) will not be responsible for any delays caused due to shipments put on hold by custom authorities in the buyers country.  Any duties/ Customs charges or shipment related fines levied / charged, by the local authorities are to be paid by the buyer ! themonstersale, will not be held accountable for the same.
