Sale:
If an item is won via "Best Offer" we require payment within 48 hours. If we do not
receive payment within that time, we will try to contact the winner to complete the order. If we do not receive payment with 24 hours after that, we will open an "Unpaid Item Case" and cancel the order.

We specialize in quality pre-owned/refurbished Apple computers. All computers are thoroughly tested by our certified technicians, cleaned and go through a 36-point certification process. All computers and components are 100% tested, and listed with the test results.
Returns, refunds and Warranties:
If your item does not arrive in the condition stated, or has hardware related issues that were not included in the listing, you will be eligible to receive a repair, replacement of refund under the Macs4u.com - Outlet Store warranty.
If your item was physically damaged while in your possession, this warranty is void.
Please report any issues to us within 5 days and send us a photo to show the damage/issue.
We will attempt to resolve your issue or send you a label for return.
Once returned, we will diagnose and repair the machine and return it to you.
If the item cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement unit, or refund your order.
If an item is returned due to a defect, and there are no defects found when returned, we will refund the item minus up to a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping.

We do not cover any damage that may have occurred due to a liquid spill, accidental damage, installation of Malware or corrupting software, customer abuse and neglect, tampering with the serial number or from installation or servicing from any other entity than macs4u.com - Outlet Store.
