These were purchased at a lost freight liquidation earlier this year, and they are brand new.  They have an occasional cosmetic scratch from handling, but nothing which would affect the function.  We used the "worst" one to take pictures, but as you can see, even that one is not bad at all. These blocks run about 0 each (or more) from most online suppliers.
