Here it is - the biggest and most awesome Brio Waterway toy ever. I bought a Brio Panama in 1998. By the time I decided I wanted to upgrade to Mississippi, Brio had stopped making their Waterway toys. I checked ebay for many years and finally found this. I decided to give it to my nephew, but friction with my sister led to that not happening. So I've been sitting on it.
It's time for Mississippi to find a kid.
This is a completely awesome toy for deck/patio play. Putting it together teaches patience and attention to detail. Once assembled, play opportunities are endless. Mississippi can easily occupy a neighborhood full of children. Or if you want a little less noise, it's also great for just a couple kids. The best part is that you can make a million different layouts with all these parts. It's like a train set for boats.
About the price. These things were EXPENSIVE. This is new. It has never been played with. The box did get wet, but that had no impact on the contents. This is, after all, a water toy.
Show this to your kids and see what they think. I bet they'll dig it.
