    Welcome to A Century of Dolls.
    This listing is for a 13”  American Artist  Doll by Kathy Redmond  an American Artist  doll signed on the neck with the Redmond  Cat Logo with the R in it. This is Jo with molded hair and Snood and molded breast plate.
    She is made of porcelain arms legs and shoulder plate a with a cloth body with molded shoes
    NOTE the finely detailed molded porcelain head with snood and her breast plate the molded neckline. She wears a  fine cotton small scale blue print dress of the period with undergarments. This dress  is original to this doll.on the neck it says doll with 91 that is her number and 1995 that was when Jo was made.
    Kathy Redmond of Pennsylvania USA makes absolutely stunning dolls with fine molded details in the hair. Check our eBay store I will be listing an entire collection of these dolls in the coming weeks.
    Keep in mind that rarely did any of the a Redmond art dolls ever come with a box only her production dolls that she made for the conventions she contracted with had a box. Sometimes they had a  Redmond tag but that is not Always a fact either. The sure way to know her dolls is by the cat signature with the R in it.
