The product includes approximately 12 ounces of refrigerant and is additive-free. Recharge hose sold separately. This self-sealing valve can is EPA and C.A.R.B. compliant and is approved for use in California. For factory-installed and retrofitted R-134a automotive air conditioning systems. EPA compliant self-sealing valve closes when dispenser is disconnected (requires adapter or EPA compliant hose).

    Instructions
    . Requires Adapter! DVA-1 or California charging hose. INSTRUCTIONS: Always check for and repair leaks and check system pressure with an A/C gauge (not included) before recharging. Shake can well. Start engine and set A/C on maximum cooling and fan on highest settings. Following the instructions on the recharge hose, connect recharge hose to can and vehicle A/C low-side service port. Check system pressure before and frequently during recharge. While charging, hold can upright, rotating can between 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock every 2 to 3 seconds while continuously agitating (shaking) can back and forth. Continue this process until can is empty (5 to 15 minutes) or until the correct amount of refrigerant is charged into the A/C system as shown by pressure gauge. If can feels empty, turn upside-down for 1 minute to dispense remaining contents. Check A/C system pressure. DO NOT OVERCHARGE!
