    Handmade at it's best. "Miss Sweet Pea Rabbit" Moonlight & Roses by Marta E. Peters
    Carrots are hand-painted on the ears of this Rabbit. Fruit pattern on her blouse. Wearing colorful skirt. A cute straw hat decorated with flowers, and she hold a little bouquet with matching green ribbon Green striped socks and painted on shoes with little purple flowers. Miss Sweet Pea Rabbit is about 20" long. Tag has handwritten name and sticker of an orange label.
    Moonlight & Roses was a little store in Signal Hill in Southern California owned by Artist and Dollmaker Marta E. Peters. I searched and searched but could not find any dolls available for sale or in collections online, but many places said Marta started out as a doll-maker. I did find she past away in 2006, so I do not know when the doll was made. Her line of vintage style decor is still available online by the same Moonlight & Roses name. I could not find comparable dolls.
