ABOUT OUR ITEMS
Our items are housed in a clean, smoke-free environment. Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned, gently used plush/fabric items are lightly laundered or surface cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions on the tags. Hard surface items have been wiped down with disinfectant wipes. All items have been inspected for rips, stains or flaws to the best of my knowledge. They are then measured, photographed, placed in clear product bags and transported to a climate controlled facility for storage and protection.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due immediately for "fixed price" items. For auction items, payment is due within three (3) days of auction close.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday, of receiving cleared payment. Buyers can add signature confirmation at an additional cost of .65 by contacting me prior to purchasing item. I ship using the three Rs that benefit our planet,~Reduce~Reuse~Recycle~ therefore, I reuse packing boxes and materials whenever possible.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Import duties and VAT charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
TERMS OF SALE
Money back guarantee if an item you receive is defective or not as described. For all other returns, I offer refund minus the cost of shipping and handling, plus a 10% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if a brand-new item has been opened or if the tags have been removed since it will lower the price of resell.
