Up for bids here is a 1st Prize Ribbon winner from the 1955 Duchess county fair, Rhinebeck NY. Both the red satin ribbon and the registration tickets intact as pictured for you. Rage doll is entirely hand sewn, body, clothes, shoes and embroidered face. Notice her 3-dimensional head which was made to pivot and not remain stationary. Her apron, shift and bloomers are all trimmed in hand crocheted or hand tatted eyelet. Beautiful Rag Doll with history! Please supersize pictures for an exact condition as there is some wear and age related issues mainly to her braid on left side of head, a few missing eyelets to trim and some facial age marks. All in all she presents very well!
