The earrings are crafted from large trillion-shaped natural Australian mosaic black opal stones that measure 10x10x10 mm (approx. 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8")...approx 3.5 cts. The stones are truly magnificent in color and fire...deep vibrant blues with flashes of violet and green..photos do not even come close to the richness of color found in these stones!
The opals are set on antiqued, engraved silver-over- brass Art-Deco drop settings that are stunning in design and craftsmanship. The opal drops are attached to vintage Swarovski 6mm Capri Blue Aurora Borealis x2 finish Opal crystal bicone beads that acts as a connector from main drop to the .925 sterling silver ear wires.
These dramatically elegant and refined earrings measure 3 1/8" in length and 5/8" across at widest point.
